Terms of Use for WAZU

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By using WAZU (“WAZU”, “we”, “us”, “our”)—including by forwarding any WhatsApp message to a WAZU number, signing up for digests, or accessing any WAZU website or dashboard—you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy & Data Policy, and our Cookie & Tracking Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use WAZU.

2. What WAZU Is

WAZU provides a private and organised space where you can send WhatsApp messages and media by forwarding them to your personal WAZU number. We process only what you choose to forward. We do not access or scan your WhatsApp chats.

You keep full ownership of the messages, media, and content you forward to WAZU.

5.2 Licence You Give to WAZU

To deliver the service, you grant WAZU a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, index, reformat, organise and display your Content back to you only for:

WAZU relies on third-party infrastructure such as WhatsApp (Meta), email delivery providers, cloud hosting, storage systems, OCR tools, and analytics. These providers may have their own policies and terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights to the WAZU platform—including software, UI, branding, logos, and documentation—belong to or are licensed to WAZU.

9.2 Restrictions

You may not use our trademarks or branding without written permission, except for ordinary references to WAZU.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

WAZU is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WAZU and its directors, employees and partners are not liable for:
