These Terms are an agreement between you and Agentic1 Labs, Inc., a Delaware corporation. Agentic1 Labs, Inc. is the contracting party for WAZU. JigSaw Labs (Pty) Ltd. is our South African operating affiliate and may provide operations, engineering, administration, or customer support on our behalf.
By using WAZU—including its websites, dashboards, messaging flows, workspaces, APIs, MCP server, plugins, skills, or integrations with AI clients—you agree to these Terms, our Privacy & Data Policy, and our Cookie & Tracking Policy.
WAZU helps people and teams intentionally capture, organise, search, retrieve, summarise, and reuse messages, media, documents, and related evidence. Access may be provided through web experiences, WhatsApp or email flows, and authorised AI or MCP clients such as ChatGPT.
Features, plans, retention periods, limits, and supported integrations may change over time. Some features may be experimental, preview, or available only to selected users or regions.
An authorised AI or MCP client may request account context, search permitted WAZU data, retrieve evidence, navigate relationships, or save content when you instruct it to do so. WAZU applies its own authentication, authorisation, scope, and tool controls to those requests.
AI systems can misunderstand instructions or produce incomplete or inaccurate results. You are responsible for reviewing important results and confirming the destination and content before relying on, sharing, or saving them. A third-party AI platform is also governed by its own terms and privacy policy.
You retain ownership of content you submit to WAZU.
You grant Agentic1 Labs, Inc. and its service providers a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, index, transcribe, reformat, organise, display, transmit, and generate derived information from your content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve WAZU, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.
This licence ends when the content is deleted, subject to backups, legal obligations, and the retention rules in our Privacy Policy.
Content saved to a cohort, organisation, or shared workspace may be available to other authorised members. You must choose the correct destination and have the right to share the content with that group.
You must not use WAZU to:
Plans may include different storage, retention, feature, connector, or usage allowances. Charges, credits, usage receipts, renewals, and cancellation terms shown at purchase or in a customer agreement form part of these Terms. Taxes may apply. Except where law requires otherwise, fees already incurred are non-refundable.
WAZU relies on third-party services, including cloud infrastructure, WhatsApp or Meta services, email delivery, storage, OCR or AI services, and user-selected AI platforms. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, or policies outside our control.
WAZU software, interfaces, branding, documentation, tools, skills, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Agentic1 Labs, Inc. Except for ordinary references to the product, you may not use our trademarks or branding without permission.
WAZU is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and warranties that WAZU or an AI result will be uninterrupted, secure, complete, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agentic1 Labs, Inc., its affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity.
Our total liability arising from WAZU during any 12-month period will not exceed the amount you paid for WAZU during that period. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Agentic1 Labs, Inc. and its affiliates against claims arising from your unlawful use of WAZU, your content, or your violation of these Terms or another person’s rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory rights under applicable consumer or data-protection law, disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and the parties consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms as WAZU changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice where required. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
